AGSO OBJECTIVE STATEMENT
AGSO’s goal is to enrich our graduate experience by allowing us to have direct input into what that experience entails.
We intend to achieve this goal via:
- Acting as an organized body that can effectively interface with the faculty and facilities staff in an official capacity on issues such as curriculum, visiting artist committee and a facilities liaison
- Individuals and groups can seek funding for projects, travel, and visiting artists through AGSO.
- We provide a weekly call for entries list to encourage exposure and professional success.
- We facilitate graduate student interconnectedness via our google group where members can easily communicate with all members.
- We help eachother with shared problems, such as need to borrow a truck, need help installing a large piece, or wanting to go have beers.
